Site Supervisor - Building Projects

Are you an experienced Site Supervisor who is prepared to manage a range of building construction projects?

  • Permanent full time - 70 hours per fortnight
  • Salary from $80,702.04 - $93,505.17 per annum plus 9.5% superannuation
  • Leaseback Vehicle
  • 3.5% Civil Liability Allowance

Georges River Council is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Site Supervisor - Building Projects to join our dynamic and busy Project Delivery Team. The successful candidate will coordinate and supervise the planning, procurement, construction and execution of key building projects listed in Georges River Council Community Strategic Plan and Operational Plan.

Key Skills

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Building, Construction or Civil Engineering and Qualification in Project Management
  • Extensive experience in building works project management with comprehensive knowledge of construction techniques and methods for projects including aquatic centres, amenities buildings, office refurbishment, sporting facilities and general building construction.
  • Demonstrated experience in engaging stakeholders and the community
  • Demonstrated experience in budget and contract administration
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft correspondence and reports
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Australian Building Standards, Risk Management and Work Health & Safety legislation
